Konchesky eyes top 10 finish

Paul Konchesky believes Fulham have the strength in depth and ability to stay in the top half of the Premier League this season.

Konchesky: In confident mood

The Cottagers have already beaten London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham this term and are in confident mood ahead of the trip to Liverpool on Saturday after wins in their last two home games.

Konchesky told the club's official website: "It has given us a great lift and we are looking at the league table in terms of going up instead of down now.

"We've been playing well, especially at home. It's very hard for teams to beat us at Craven Cottage and we've only lost one at home all season.

"Beating Spurs gave us a great boost ahead of Saturday's game against Liverpool. This club doesn't want to be, or deserve to be, in the bottom half of the table and the players we've got here can prove that this season.

"If we keep going I think we can remain a top 10 team."

"maybe we can be in the top 10 for the beginning of the season but realistically (my favourite thing) not gonna happen. Could finish at best 12th/13th. Still good to be optimistic once in a while. "
